Kashyap works with the education portfolio in India and oversees the foundation’s efforts related to assessments and school system transformation. He is focused on building a robust eco-system for assessments in India.
Prior to joining the foundation, Kashyap worked as an Officer on Special Duty (Department of Industries) with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. His role involved design of industrial and sectoral policies (2015-20) for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Kashyap also worked extensively in corporate strategy domain with a leading strategy consulting firm. Besides his professional pursuits, Kashyap has done policy advocacy work with Save the Children (Singapore) and Department of Economics at LSE.
Kashyap has a master’s degree in public administration from London School of Economics & master’s degree in public policy from the National University of Singapore. He is a graduate in business management from University of Mumbai.
