Eric comes to us from McKinsey & Company, where he was Head of Finance & Administration. He started career with McKinsey 17 years back in 2001, and during his journey, worked in different roles such as driving & leading Finance operations, strategic planning and analysis, professional development leader, setting up new office locations, etc. Prior to joining us, his role at McKinsey involved management of the overall finance & administrative operations for the LLP as well as acting CFO for Business units to design business place and monitor the performance. Eric also holds a degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Eric is a vivid cricket fan and never misses an opportunity to play whenever he finds time. He is also passionate about cooking and likes to experiment with different tastes and textures, tingeing from the diverse Indian culinary culture to create his own personal recipes.
